Romantic Winter Wedding at Goodstone Inn

Caroline and Julia’s January wedding at Goodstone Inn was a warm and intimate winter gathering, set against the quiet Virginia countryside. Inside the tented reception space, long tables were dressed in deep navy linens, layered with glowing candlelight, amber glassware, and lush arrangements in rich burgundy and soft winter tones. Moss, figs, and pomegranates were woven throughout the tablescapes, bringing texture and a subtle sense of the season to the design while the soft glow of taper candles and string lights created an inviting atmosphere for the evening.

Playful details inspired by Sex and the City added a personal touch to the celebration. Table numbers featured illustrated nods to Carrie Bradshaw’s iconic shoes, while signature cocktails and thoughtful paper goods carried the theme throughout the reception. The result was a celebration that felt both sophisticated and joyful, blending winter textures, candlelit warmth, and a few stylish New York inspired details at Goodstone Inn.
